HFS & Managed Care Forums - Chicago Location

HFS is hosting two forums in August to connect providers with MCOs. Providers will have the chance to meet with MCO representatives to prioritize concerns with claims, prior authorizations and other issues providers are experiencing with MCOs. See the HFS memo for additional details. 

Due to limited space, we can only send 15 representatives to each meeting. There is also a limit of two attendees per SL site. Please complete our online form to request to attend by Friday, August 14. We will review the requests and send out a confirmation email on August 16 to those that have been selected to attend.

In order to get the most out of these meetings, we have been asked to present the top managed care issues for Supportive Living. Please complete their survey and email to info@aalconline.org. Any additional comments/issues that you would like addressed at the meeting can also be emailed to AALC at info@aalconline.org.
